Always enjoy my stay here. Everything just always works. Friendly staff who are always happy to help. Would be 5 star if fridge was cold on arrival.

The WORST hospitality I’ve ever received ever… They first overbooked themselves and squeezed 4 of us in a double sharing room, not even the heat of the region. They don’t even serve coffee for breakfast… Yoh and claim to be a 4 star accommodation.

This is indeed the best lodge in Giyani, starting from the ladies in reception, the breakfast and my bed was very comfortable. I am grateful of this establishment and will definitely go back.Rooms: 5/5

Best lodge in Giyani, however please work on your geyser. The following morning I had to bath with cold water after I waited over 2 hours for hot water with no luck.Rooms: 3/5

I loved everything about this place. Their meals were delicious, bed was comfortable and rooms were spotless clean. Their backup generator was very handy especially in this time of loadshedding. The blackouts did not affect us. The staff is friendly and I was very impressed on my check out date I was allowed some time to rest a little bit because I wasn't feeling well. I was not chased away at check out time and that showed me real sense of courtesy. I'm definitely coming back and this will be my home away from home when I'm in Giyani.

This is by far the worse experience in all my travels and stays at short term accommodation , The outside appearance is amazing but once you there it's different altogether. If you enjoy the heat of the outside inside Vahlavi Guest House is the place to stay, Air-conditioning units in both rooms I stayed on two separate occasions in the same week where not in working order , when asked for a room with a functioning air-con , "The Security" was sent to try get it to workon several occasions and finally the receptionist came to try as well and sadly the room was not changed .. Cleanliness was not even at a passable 50% , cigarette buds , empty sugar sachets , empty body wash containers all left in room. Appearance exterior is great but once you step inside , the curtains are super long and falling off the curtain rod , visible insect stains on the curtains, Air humidifier had brown water in it, No utensils, Broken chair leg, By far the worse , I sincerely would not recommend this accommodation to anyone.

My partner and I stayed over this Beautiful establishment over the past weekend. It is a Gem. I gave it 3/5 stars because i had read another review prior to my booking that there was guests who played loud music in the mornings and were not reprimanded. We experienced the same thing and in all honesty it was annoying. This place represents peace and tranquility kindly consider your other guests by not allowing loud music. Otherwise everything else was fine.

The place is nice with potential to do even better. The challenge is with the lack of or shortage of staff. There was only one lady at reception on the 24th Nov with so many people coming in. We later requested for an iron and waited 3hours until we went and fetched it at reception. The breakfast service on 25th slow and we had to wait for food which was finished in the dishes and wait again for utensils. With a little effort put in, this place can really be the best in Giyani.

Im a regular to this place its clean, food its great, but on this day i regret my stay. Some guest overenjoyed themselves , i arrived around 5pm i found them in a party mood i thought maybe it will end soon , it was screems and loud volume from the car radio through to midnight , reception was told but nothing changed. After travelling 700kms with meetings in between and 500kms the next day with an early meeting and another one midday , you need a fresh start .... But my today's its like i slept at the party house , i was up at 3am and now its 23:46 i cant rest.This has never happened before in +-10 /15 or 20 visits, they only need a strong security who wont be afraid to challenge noisy neighbours .
