This place is a scam, they will sell you a wrong part so that they can charge you 20% off the original price when you ask for a refund. I went there looking for a 2015 Renault Sandero Stepway fender arch, off which the sales person assured me that it was the one. But upon fitting, it didn't fit. When returning, he checks his pc and tells me that he actually sold me a 2009 part. And that I will be charged 20% from R750, they call it a handling fee.... Day light robbery!!!!!!!!!!!.
their prices are affordable but am not sure about that percentage they add when returning the part you bought and worse is that its their staff mistake. the part that i ordered did not fit on my car so i had to buy another one from different store as i was too far from bumper to bumper so when i return the part i was changed and it never sit well with me
Selling junk, they have many times now sold me junk items and had to return it , this is Gabriel Shock, then a Monroe shock which never gives issues, then they placed a different clutch kit in a box which had a different model , I would rather spend abit more but know I'm getting proper parts , rubbish parts break from well known brand companies makes me wonder if they buying reject parts or what.
i dont know if i caught them on a off day or a bad time but that was one of thee worste customer service ive experienced in my whole 8 years of doing retail business. Ordered a part for my vehicle, they assured me they have it. when my driver arrived not only was the part wrong but they expected my driver to wait 2 hours for their other fan to arrive from the work shop, with no guarantee it will be the correct one. whats more i wanted to speak to the manager but they said neither the staff or the manager is allowed to speak to customers on their personal phone. so it took me 4 censecutive phone calls with nothing but ringing on the other end and 20 minutes to finally get ahold of their office to transfer me to their manager. who can do nothing more than say sorry sir or yes sir. after telling me he will personally go and help my driver at the table he never showed after waiting 10 minutes. eventually i called their office, told them we dont need their business and told my driver to leave. I refuse to do business with them ever again even if they were the last option on earth.
Your one-stop shop for everything They can be very busy at times but the pricing makes it well worth it.
Hard working people, good service Only thing I don't like is the 20% handling fee, that is a bit steep for the man that is trying to make a living, they should reduce it to 10% at least. Times are tough and every cent counts
The worst customer service EVER!! I have phone and emailed multiple times and I still haven't had any response and they make me wait for wayyy too long on the phone!!

Worst service ever. There's no order whatsoever. I had to wait over 1 hour just to get a grill after I paid. I called ahead of time and I was informed there was stock.. Never coming here again!!!
