Solly Kramers Parkhurst has the best customer service ever, after placing an order with them I saw my delivery would only come the following week, gave them a call as the order was kind of urgent at the time.. The following day, my delivery came through and I was really thankful to them for being able to understand my situation and being willing to compromise and get my order delivered faster. Bought a bottle of whisky online from them. I got a call the following week to say they don't actually have stock and that they will refund me. I'm still waiting on that refund. They're just ignoring my emails. Be careful when purchasing from them. Absolute Robbery.

Terrible service and don’t care about their customers! Don’t go here! Prices are high aswell!… they close when they feel like it and won’t even talk to customers who are there while they’re supposed to be open.
