You cannot go wrong with Mamba, initially I had a bad experience with them however they have since then redeemed themselves. I do believe they are at the forefront of their field and truly believe in what they do. Thank you Mamba for the incredibly wonderful service.
One of Mamba security gards escorted a car of thieves after they stole my gadgets including a tv and a laptop. Mamba is very useless I tried to follow the security hoping to find answers but they all disappeared with the thieves.

We have been broken into 3 times in the last 2 months. Mamba does nothing. They don't come fast enough when the break ins happen and don't do anything, like call the cops, after they arrive. Absolutely a waste of money. DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH OF MAMBA!
Just a very average security company. Nothing exceptional.
Mamba customer care does not respond to mails, their manager does not call back when there are issues to be resolved. We cancelled with them in March and were made to pay a full year of Radio license fees for April onwards to the next year. No willingness to charge a pro rata rate. Customers are made to pay for 12 month radio lisence they will only use for 1more month. Paid for a full system from them after two years of service after lightning hit our house, we asked twice during the course of two years for a better rate as we were not renting a system from them. They do not even deem to reply to those mails. When you cancel, then only are they concerned. Too little too late. We also did not recieve call backs as requested when our alarm went off. You are left to wonder until such time you arrive home whether all is fine. We will never recommend Mamba to anyone. Poor customer service
Be very careful of this company. I signed up with a sales person and requested a 3mnths contract to evaluate the service. this was done in writing, in email. however, cancelling a year later, i found myself being billed for a 24mth contract, and Mamba refuses to accept the emails between myself and their sales person at the time.
Just moved into the edenvale area and the service from mamba is excellent. A little slow on the technical department side, hence still waiting for someone to phone me in connection with my faulty battery
