I wud be failing the store if I ddnt write a review. I ordered a pair of vintage ankle boots and I wondered if they looked like in the picture. The boot came exactly like in the picture even the quality. Thank you for such a grt service n fast delivery

I bought a dress and chose a colour green from their pulldown table. They even have pictures for all the different colours. They sent me bottle green one. When I query, they say that's the only shade of green they've been having lately, the other one is only on catalogue, yet it didnt show as out of stock. He even said I should have called to verify if it's the right color that I want. Why would one do that having checked options given on the website and they showed available. Even the invoice says Green not Bottle Green. He had the nerve to say they added that bottle green on that pulldown menu for people like me but doesn't answer why then they never took out the green. Now they want me to pay an extra R180 for exchange for the mistake they made. Poor customer service. I am never buying from them

The store is properly organised, it’s easy to see the products. There’s always a staff member close by to assist.

Definately SUCKS at online delivery. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! It was my first time ordering here, and got the wrong delivery. Customer service did not even bother to try to make sure I get my stuff. Now they won't give me back my money. They should learn to prioritize customers first. Definately won't be wasting my money again with their nonsense service. I rate this a minus one star.

It's my first time ordering from Midrand Marabastad Trading...online order. Placed and paid for order on 27 Nov....I contacted them via direct message on Instagram as well as their whatsapp no....absolutely no response. All I want to know is whether my order has been shipped or not. On the website it just shows "order processing"...I mean, how long do you process an order????

I purchased from this store online with my card, soon after that the store has been debiting my account without my authorisation. Im really disappointed at their non refund policy and debit scam

The store has the latest fashions at good prices They respond very timeously on WhatsApp when you ask about stock availability They keep upto date with their latest stock on social media I would recommend them to everyone If you are driving I suggest you park your car elsewhere as there are many taxis near the shop

Their clothing on pics are beautiful but when you see them physically that's something different
