My sister bought a dress here and they didn't want to refund her when she took it back. Very rude and unprofessional. She should have been informed as she was purchasing about this company policy as it's not common practice especially for an established store like Obriani so as to make an informed decision. Management should work on that, secondly management should work on the way they treat customers. Being rude when addressing your customers is just off and unnecessary, it certainly gave me a reason never to visit your store
