Female Cashier and Male Consultant were so nasty. Apparently, l was supposed to bring a slip from the Reception _ which l did not have because the Receptionist asked me to note the products on a piece of paper.The Cashier she said she couldn't hear what l was saying and insisted l remove my mask, to which l refused because the office is not well ventilated. I was literally shouting the name/quantity of products añd even though l tried to show her the written products, she was not interested. The infuriating part is the condescending way they spoke to me. I was not begging, l was buying products. Where is the customer service and customer respect? Big-ups to the ladies at Reception and Despatch,there were very helpful. This was my 2nd time there
I was at the store today and saw such disgusting behaviour coming from the "manger" she was shouting at the the customer and completely ignoring her request and acting completely irrational and rude, such behaviour should not be tolerated in a work place in front of other customers as this tends to set people off from buying products here and rather go somewhere else not only was this behaviour unattractive but completely unprofessional and should be taken seriously because you will loose business because of your employees yes it was more than one who had such disgusting behaviour. This is the honest truth coming from a customer who is worried.
Your receptionist, isn't she the face of the company. The attitude she gave us last time was disgusting really wanted to walk away it's only that I needed the herbs for my dad. If she can be welcoming and friendly and stop eating in front of clients.
The behavior of your employees Siza and Mbuleko is inhumane ..No one is meant to be treated as they have treated me....surely they need to have customer care and just be decent human beings and have customer care at heart ..shouting in front of other customers is purely embarrassing....
Bell lifestyle made me realize that quality is much better than quantity,their products are extremely good with 100% results, the products are not cheap and are not expensive but their affordable because they're naturally organic with not side effects,im 1 of the believer's of this product because my problem could not be fixed by doctors but Bell lifestyle helped me ,thank u Soo much.
