HORRIBLE Service from the so called Management. They have no knowledge of their own promotions, when I queried them on that it didn’t subtract they offered to refund me than to fix the promotion which ends on 01 Jan 2023. Well I didn’t allow that and forced then to fix the promotion, after a long time they did! I think Shoprite should consider customer service training for their staff. If Woolworths can get it right, you can too, your customers black people deserve respect as well.

I've been on the Que for 15 min the lines arent moving theres no supervisor or manager saying anything.This is so unprofessional I am not happy about their customer service its very poor

Unfortunately the manager doesn't know what customer service means, after quering for so long, I almost left the store because we where told there is no til roll, what's surprising is there are many tills inside the store. Service is of paramount importance if ShopRite doesn't want to loss customers.

The service at Shoprite is HORRIBLE! In fact, HORRIBLE doesn't even begin to describe it. What happened yesterday after work I went to the shop to buy bread and when we got there, we were told to wait for someone who went out for lunch to come back at 6pm. We went to ask for the manager who came and said the lady should take out the bread for us and left. We waited for the lady to take out the bread that took her another 20 minutes... what a terrible service!!! Leadership is important for the great service that the employees provide to customers. I suggest that you resign or take leave when you feel tired and leave ppl who love their Jobs. You are not doing us any favors, we are paying.

Has everything you need for groceries and works during load shedding. Has alot of parking

They don't utilize express tillsIts ridiculous

The shop is in a good location with a lot of parking space. The environment is peaceful and safe also. The shop is always kept very clean. The tellers are mostly quite nice too. They have competitive prices on most of their products, and you can fairly be sure of purchasing quality products there.

Because I always go and buy there I thought they will have ubuntu worse customer service I got. So today I went to ask for cart boxes.and all 3 managers that were available rudely said they wont give me because they are recycling. Wow and they were available. Now I am from spar and you know what best prompts there I got the boxes. Shoprite support treat your customers well even when we not there to buy. I am so disappointed coz 2 boxes were going to be fine.
