Working at the branch all day, I could only hear the workers disputing, which was incredibly unprofessional because it distracted the customers. As I was leaving, I noticed that two employees got into dispute and that one of them had been treating the other employee unfairly. These demonstrated the negativity of the setting. I found that to be really offensive.
I went through the drive through, when I came to stop sign there were many cars coming straight from behind the garage building. The cars didn’t give me way to enter the line. I was almost knocked by another car as I tried to enter the line. Suggestion to rather have only one entrance to the drive through. The stop sign at the drive through does not work. Or put up a stop sign on the other access so that cars can stop and go.
They are very slow. If there was a negative I’d give them that because that’s what they deserve…. Worst service ever.Service: 1/5
Service was pretty quick. I ordered on the self help service machines they have in store love those and my order was done promptly. Was also happy with my meal, overall a happy customer.
The waiting for the service focused only on drive through than balance both sets of customers inside and outside is not good at allFood: 5/5
After waiting almost 30 mins in the drive through line. Firstly, I was told because I paid with card I cannot get a refund on an item that i did not want. Secondly, the fries were cold. Thirdly, the sauce used for the Big Mac, does not taste so great at all. Unless Mcd's has the original Big Mac sauce. Highly Highly disappointed.Food: 1/5
I went to Huntex for 3 days. First day - the system did not work and waited for about 25 minutes. Second day, we waited for more than 20 minutes. Third day, first the guy said the coffee will not be ready and waited for feedback. After 5 minutes he came back and said the coffee will be finished we must just wait 5 minutes. We did the payment. Goes through to collection counter and waited for 15 minutes. The cashier came with energades and we ask her what is going on, she said coffee still not ready. We waited so long for the food that we got upset with the worst service ever. Other people who visited Huntex also confirm that this branch is the place with the worst service ever. Very disappointed. Will let everyone know that they must not make use of this pathetic mc donalds.
Not the nicest branch. Just tried to get the choc pie sundae offer on the app. But nobody in store appears to know how to get the app scanner to work. Decided to pay in full to save my time, they cannot scan for points either Now we just waiting for these sundaes to be prepared. Let's hope somebody knows how to do that cos it's already been a while. This branch is not half as busy as Jean Crossing but they SO slow and inefficient :- Everyone just waits around glumly knowing it's going to be a while!
It’s okay, however they give you a single sachet of tomato sauce for each meal purchase which is unfair. Besides, the food McDonalds is of concern… the chicken burger patties looked nothing like chicken and tasted horribly. But this is not associated with a specific branch, its a McDs problem in SA.
Great space to get settled in and plan your next move...especially if traveling in or out of town.Food: 3/5
