I experienced nad service here on Sunday 12 June 2022 at 17:00. I found the shop closed but on google its written that shop closes at 18:00. The 2 female workers on duty were rude to me and just banged the door on me when I was telling them to report that the closing time on google maps is wrong. Another lady shouted. Vala umnyango wena. That was too rude. I will not settle until I receive an apology
The Procurement department is crippled. Your employees are not motivated at all. I talked to Linet this afternoon proposing to supply them with a number of products from Zimbabwe. She was sleepy and the way she was responding it’s like I was asking her out. I’m in business and I felt sorry for the owners of African basket. Your employees are costing you a fortune. You need to motivate them otherwise they hate their job especially Linet from the Procurement department. She is not fit for that position…you need someone open minded to make decisions and communicate with the suppliers. I like what you’re doing and I buy Mazoe from your shop all the time but for you to have a variety of products you need to attend to this Matter ASAP coz we will end up thinking that you only sell Mazoe and, Royco and Maheu.
Lack of variety most shelves have the same items. I went ther looking for a few specific items but they were not in stock.
When you ask is this product available they is no response on Facebook or instagram you end up wasting fuel only to find the things you like are not available
It has good food but they must clean the place clean the fridges as well.
I love it because you can even Send Money Home there instantly
