When you buy something on the advice of THEIR OWN SALEPEOPLE and you try to return it you will find out that they will charge you 15% to return it and if it is a battery product you bought the same week on THEIR advice they won't return it. For this reason and a host of othe customer service shortcomings: DO NOT SHOP HERE. Go to a bigger, more reputable chain that cares about the customer.

Huge store with helpful and knowledgeable staff. It was the only store that stocked the wood I needed. I had called ahead and they had my order waiting at the till when I arrived. Maggie in the flower shop is a dear lady that knows her plants and helps with your selection. They also had a chalk painting lesson taking place during my visit.

Manny's has been my preferred Hardware and Diy store for the last 2 decades. I have always found their staff to be very helpfull and knowledgeable, their prices are overall much better then other "franchised harware retailers". I can count on one hand the times they did not have something I neededmostly due to age or rarity and they were not too proud to refer me to a competitor if they knew they had what I needed. 10/10 Manny's should always be your first stop for harware needs and advice.

I went through a terrible ordeal. I missed placed my bank while shopping at Mannys. This was last in October 2022. This year on the 13th of February 2023. I saw transactions on the lost card while I was at home. I went to the stores it was swiped and requested footage, One of the stores was a Liquor Store on Pretoria Road in Rynfield. I was given footage of a lady that works at Mannys wearing their uniform , tapping my card at the Liquor Store and there was a few other stores before this. On the Footage The lady called Fatima who works at the Building Counter was the one who was using my card. I then contacted the store and reported the matter to a gentleman called Dawie who happens to be her partner or husband. The case has been reported and opened. But Dawie started ignoring my texts when I did follows up and nothing was done about my matter.

Knowingly sell a 24v/2ah battery for digidoor garage door motors with the wrong incompatible connectors and then hide behind their no returns notice - you will never get another sale out of me and will relay the same to others - avoid
