Had a lousy experience today. While I was browsing, this big guy with a buco branded shirt came and stood right next to me and made as though he was also just looking, instead if offering some help. I moved to another section and he kept following me. He suspected I was a shoplifter or something. I felt so insulted and uncomfortable I rather left and went to another shop!!!

Keep phoning and every time they put me on hold then I get cut of. Buco must be doing very well if they don't need more clients. So over Buco

Love the new place spacious and modern but still the old friendly faces from Rietpan hardware days.  And had an awesome boeri roll! Naturally that is my favourite part. Gotta love good food..

Really pathetic service! Called to get a Quote on Melamine Boards and was put on wait but then, suddenly, a message comes through saying, in effect, "sorry you couldn't be put through to the person you were looking for", and immediately cuts!

Well stocked hardware. The stuff is very cheerful, helpful and weren't bothered by my apparent mistake. The young guy who assisted me knows the products very well and what he convinced me to buy worked to my expectations. kudos

Outstanding tyre shop next door to Buco hardware. Amazimg deals on all truck tyres.

The staff is friendly and have a huge range of products I love the layout which makes it easy to find what you're looking for Staff is friendly and place is very neat They help you with quotes if you have a building project

Delivery lead times unreliable and unpredictable. I am not being unreasonable, this is the third time we supported this store and delivery has been garbage each time, if not incrementally worse.  "The BUCO Rietpan Benoni philosophy of 'Let's Build Together' - this is so accurate, considering we were asked to send people to collect a delivery that was delivered incorrectly.
