Did an "order" with Heinrich, I gave him the product code hand he gave me the price and delivery time. When I called to follow up on the status of the order, there was no order placed at all. Two and a half weeks later he can supply a different product for almost double the price......... Then he comes up with all these shady excuses. The service of the company is shocking. I would not recommend using them at all. Do not expect customer service at all if you do.........
PPSA are by far the most helpful performance product specialists I have experienced. Prosport packed the incorrect temp tensor for the gauge I ordered and these guys gave me the correct sensor and I didnt even buy the product from them. I made a mistake but they ended up helping me out. Thanks guys, I will definitely be using you guys for my performance needs.
The most informative and helpful performance shop I have ever dealt with. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable and dripping with passion for all things car related. I had a query about a methanol setup I wanted to install in my Subaru and the owner himself helped me out with choosing the right kit for my preferences. Highly recommended!!!

Performance products sa, is by far one of the best in the business Bought many items from them. Brendan penny owner was super helpful he bent over backwards to assist me. He definitely had my best interest at heart gave me the best solution for my car and pocket. Id honestly recommend using ppsa.
Do not buy from this company. They sell products that do not work as advertised and then refuse to refund your money. Stay away from PPSA and do not trust the director Brendan Penny. Spend your hard earned money at another company.
BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Had problems with my Honda accord where the engine light kept coming on, the speedo was jumping and car wasn't Idling. Took it to Honda SA and was told I need to spend R16k plus on replacement parts. A friend suggested getting an OBD sensor to diagnose the problem and recommended I speak to the guys at Performance Products SA. The owner was incredibly helpful, he not only sold me the sensor but installed it into the car and diagnosed the problems, he even went as far as suggesting what I could do to fix it. If it weren't for the guys at Perfomance Products SA I would have been R16 000 poorer and still not knowing what the problem was. I would highly recommend them, not only for their wide range of products but for the incredible attention to customer service.
Very friendly and helpful staff, will definitely visit again. Always happy to help their customers and go the extra mile
