Sales is very good but we wait too much to receive our parts from your collection department, some people want to come buy and collect atleast within 5min, this thing of waiting for 20 to 30min to get part from collection is not goog at all. Can you kindly fix that department. King regard
Don't go in if you are in a hurry! There are no shelves for you to get small items like oil, brake fluid anti freeze etc, everything has to be ordered at the counter and then it is picked in the warehouse and delivered via a mechanised tray system and it takes forever! Prices might be good but be prepared to wait!

Quality Parts and Accessories at fantastic prices. Good service helpful staff. I was fortunate to be invited to visit their Warehouse. Incredible range of DOE and BETA parts. Located in Benoni for 65 years.
Have been purchasing parts from them for a very long time and stopped by this morning to get a few things, but must say will not be doing that again. They have mostly gone online now and although the system seems ok the process is hideously slow. I eventually walked out without the parts and opted to buy from down the road. So they have now moved to be an online shop.
Went to have a part measured for a customer got given wrong size part, lost the customer. When returning the parts through driver that delivers did not get refund. Driver doesn't hoot and doesn't even wait 5 minutes before waiting to leave. Always getting faulty parts or bad service
It seam a good spares for stocking do you have catalogue for your parts
It took 3 attempts to get the correct brake discs and pads for my car. Even with VIN number supplied. Good, competitive prices, but that was wiped out thanks to the number of trips required.
Was in search of a specific part for my bakkie, the agent/helper behind the counter was not helpfull at all with regards to make/model/part number. Even when presenting the old sample the agent did not even reach for the part book to have a look or be helpfull in going though his own stock
I went to this auto spares shop to buy multiple spares for my car, but unfortunately they can not help me. The lady unknown didn't want to supply her name served me didn't even offer to order the spares nor direct me to the correct outlet who can sell me the spares, I will never buy anything from them again. Hope the management of Argus Motor company will see this & understand that this person damage there company badly. She's not a very friendly person too.
