Very beautiful shop. With no people walking over you very spacious. Quality everything staff very good helpful

Again tried to go to woolworths this morning.  The teller refused to greet didnt answer.  Put through the the porxhases refused to put it in bah ignored me sat back and spoke to her colleahue.

One of my favorite Woolies. I drive fairly far to get here and the reasons are as follows. The food is always fresh here and well stocked . Staff are Wonder and I get a “ would you like a bag sir ? “ and not the famous words —-“ Plastic ???? “ , they also willing to assist in the isles if you require assistance. This store is clean and well maintained. Meats are well presented and utmost care taken to ensure all food is hygienic and well presented. Sit down for a coffee and or a snack at the coffee shop - seating also available outside- must admit it’s the place to be seen !!!  Queues move fast here when checking out. Only recently noticed that Woolies does recycling of batteries and bulbs  boxes found at the exit . One thing about the fresh flowers at Woolies ——- they last a long time ‼‼‼ Great shopping experience here. Can’t resist the great wines on offer

Very nice big store. Very low on fresh greens and fruits. Very few apples, no cucumbers ect.

The store was pretty empty. Yet the pay que stood dead still for 20 minutes. Not one customer moved. A customer behind me phoned the manager and asked him to sort out the stopped service. He then appeared at a SLOW! Stroll and started reorganizing his tills and the que finally started moving.

I asked to be helped in the wine section. They couldn't find the person who worked in that section nor the keys to the store room. I had asked if they had 5litre boxes of their Crispy White which I like very much. I had to settle for a 3liter box  I also wanted the Woolworths brand Grigio of which there was nothing on the shelf. I have been a frequent buyer of the above two items at Farrarmere but may think twice about going there again. I will rather take my chances at Nothmead Square or Rynfield.

I was greeted & treated very well by cashier, Mbali today, I was pleasantly surprised and so impressed as she also went out of her way to help me with something TWICE!!! Service is seriously lacking in our country, so thumbs up to you, keep it up Mbali.

Great customer service and they sell fresh produce. The shop was not busy when I visited but the staff was not lazing around, everyone was busy with something

Been a WOOLIES FAN for decades! This branch doesn't disappoint. Everything that was on our shopping list this day was in plentiful stock

Great shop with loads of healthy and fresh items, neat tidy and clean. Friendly staff, lots of delights freshly made daily, the meat section has a very wide variety and is superior quality. Lots of paypoints making it fast and efficient. Parking is easy with lots of trusted car guards and car cleaners if wanted.
