Very good experience. Friendly staff. Good service stunning garden and pool area. Although the chalets were very neat and clean, it needs a serious upgrade. The carpets can be removed as well is the tiles and can be replaced with new modern looking vinal floors. The bathroom towels are very clean but it does not look white anymore and also look shabby. That said we enjoyed our stay and will visit again.
We recently spent the long weekend at Mansi Monate. The staff and management are were friendly and accomadated our request to have chalets next to each other. Each chalet was neat and spacious. A very warm experience. Kids enjoyed the activities on site. Games room needs maybe two of each activities. Overall a very pleasant and enjoyable weekend. Thank you to the friendly staff. Keep it up
Wow, what an awesome experience. We had a booking problem and the staff assisted us so nicely. The manager, June, were extremely helpful and she went the extra mile for us. We had a great time. A warm pool will definitely attract more people. The game room needs a bit of attention, but we had a fun time. The house was gr8, and everything was in mint condition. Food & drinks: So well priced, we couldn't believe it!
Very enjoyable experience. All staff members Security, Reception, Kiosk, Housekeeping were very friendly and helpful. The resort and units are kept in very good condition. There is a lot of activities for everyone. Unfortunately, the flies did not take holiday but it was expected. Did not detract from a great break! Well done and thank you Manzi Monaté!
Manzi Monate` has the perfect environment for relaxing, resting and just chilling with family. An excellent room service from Nomsa, oh what a humble soul ever smiling, she made our family stay a real lifetime experience - rooms always neat, clean with orderly arranged linen. A dream home away from home, with nature experience, various games to enjoy. What a tranquil place to be. Very excellent service from all staff, keep up the high standards. Rooms: Very clean rooms, with quiet environment, very friendly staff. Walkability: If you need a place to enjoy a health walkabout, take yourself to Manzi Monate , well maintained gardens.
Stayed here a week. Never even saw a single fly that others complained about. Really enjoyed being away from mobile or internet connection. it was so peaceful , clean and tranquill. Itumeleng at reception was fantastic. Always willing to help, always smiling and happy. Fantastic service ! The resort is immaculate and the chalets haf ample scalding hot water and lovely long baths. At 6 ft 3 " , i loved that i could stretch out completely. We chose not to use the service option but staff came to clean the braai grid every morning and take the aah away. it was very cold and while the patio design makes the fire draw well,escaping the wind was impossible. It would have been great if a canvas roll down side could have been provided for in rainy and cold weather. One last thing..the beds and pillows are divine.pillows you sink into and firm but comfortable mattress. Ample thick blankets are available in the rooms. We loved our stay and will be back soon The Bissetts- JHB

Very relaxing place for the whole family. Enough activities for children. You get the feeling of a resort in the bushveld which is still relatively close to large shopping centres and numerous other attractions and activities. 6 sleeper room is fit for self catering also featuring a private braai and patio. There are only fans in the 2 bedrooms furnished with double beds, a fan for 2 single beds in the upper loft, one aircon in the open plan living room downstairs. Full bathroom with shower upstairs, full bathroom with shower and bath downstairs. Stairs are very steep and small. Upper floor bathroom requires a bit of upkeep relating the tiled floors. You can hear the residents next door though / over the inner wall where units are joined which is a bit disturbing. Other than that, not a bad place to visit. They also have a backup generator running at certain stages during load shedding. No Wi-Fi though.
What a lovely friendly place. Met awesome people and Mr Happy, WOW what a awesome friendly man, he gave us lekker entertainment and love playing with. Thank you Mr Happy for being so AWESOME.
