The rooms are nice and clean, the stuff need some form of training they not welcoming , , the place is beautiful but I think they need to up their service Safety: It is safe they have a high wall Food & drinks: food is bad there is no chef, they don't give you a choice the just give you cold food which was not even well prepared
Oh my word, what a traumatic experience for someone who is afraid of rats... I didn't sleep a wink because of the rats, it felt like they were crawling all over my body. Then woke in the morning to only shower with ice cold water in the middle of winter. Then there was breakfast, I asked for my eggs to be Sunnyside up soft, they served me brunt eggs. I asked them to remake them, this time not burnt just hard as rock overdone... I didn't even bother asking again. Worst experience in Mafikeng for someone traveling for business
The water quality isn't good for human consumption. The accommodation only gives 500ml bottled water, which is too small for a guest. On the second day I tasted their water and I regret that decision because I had a terrible running stomach. Water is very cheap and a necessity for all guests. Instead of 500ml, the amounts could be increased to 2litres or 1.5 litres. Water is a basic human necessity that cannot even cost the lodge huge amounts of money.
The place was not clean all smelly pillows, all sorts of scary insects, we could nt sleepRooms: 1/5
Beautiful and neat room. They still need to up their customer services. Had the worst check in by getting moved to another low grade guesthouse due to double booking mistakes by them and the place is forever flooded with parties so if you don't like noise stay away. If you love loud music you can freely join the celebrations.
I just arrived here and already want to leave. Poor and unfriendly check in staff. No explanation about anything. Terrible food. Unfortunately I still have 2 more nights to go.Rooms: 2/5
There was no braaing staff so you have to break for yourself...and also...it is in the middle of nowhere and furthermore, you bring your own music yooh...but it is a beautiful place though
Staff very friendly and rooms were nice though need a little touch ups.
It is very good place, well taken care of. A five star hotel.
