Helpful friendly staff would have preferred the library desk to be situated away from the council desk though as you get all sorts at that bit some you don't want your kids around
Helpful staff, wellbeing zone upstairs and loads of computers and free WiFi, child book and computer area and great range of books. Staff very friendly and helpful.

It's a bit poor since the library has shared it's space with other services but you can still order pretty much what you like. What a great service.
I HAVE ATTENDED THIS LIBRARY SEVERAL TIMES. I THINK GATEWAY AND LIBRARY SHOULD BE SEGREGATED. NOT A GOOD IDEA HAVING LIBRARY AREA AND COUNCIL IN ONE.PREFERRED IT AS IT WAS.TOILET ALSO SEEMS TO BE ALWAYS CLOSED. A.AINSWORTH.
