Spend an enjoyable morning finding bargains and treasures  being guided by experienced auctioneers in the interesting and exciting  auction  atmosphere!

Good auction house . i have been bidding there a few times. You need a large cash deposit to get your bidding card. The house is normally pretty full on Saturdays. I took items to put on auction in October . the process to drop them off and let them be processed is super quick. I now wait to see how they do on auction. I would recommend this auction house . i would also recommend attending 1 or 2 auctions before you start bidding to observe their way of running an auction as it can be overwhelming to people you have never been.

Very  professional way of dealing with their clients. Prompt on appointments, and what I was most impressed with is Mr Colin Lock will make a note of what you want to sell  and give you an immediate quote, otherwise you have to wait up to six weeks or more for your items to be put on the auction room  floor. The option  we took!

Good stock, however some of the staff is very rude. The receptionist kept raising her voice at me, and tried to rush me into paying more than what was the value of my purchase, twice. She didnt even apologize she just kept quiet both times and moved along. I am so surprised. Ive never experienced such bad customer treatment.  I'm definitely not going back.

The economy is poor because if Vivid. There are not many bidder's. A guy bought a piana worth R40000 and paid only R2500. We bought brand new beds at a song.

Best auction in the cityfor me, They got cars, furniture, machines, collections, pianos and almost everything cool. Most of the stuff you'd find here is classic but in a good conditionsometimes. They are open on Wednesdays and Saturdays, other days you can just come to check what will be on auction, some stuff is saved for only Wednesday and some for Saturday

Good variety, but the son can be very rude which is not really good for business. He got really ugly once when he wasn't getting his bid and I called a lower number. It however got the bidding going and the price ended up exceeding the amount he was trying to get so not sure what his problem was.. One thing which is irritating is that when they call a price e.g.  200 and you are the only bidder they will then say 250 sold... I didn't bid 250, I bid 200. Is this common practice at all auctions?

When I took stuff to be Auctioned the staff were very helpful a efficient.
