Surprising how customer change when you're the only 'service provider' around. Typical example of the "sign of the times" luckily there are others in this trade in neighboring towns who's priority is the customer.
Most pathetic and unfriendly staff I have ever seen. Maybe because it was half an hour before closing time? Had to peek around a fan to see the face of the person behind the counter. Not interested to help with my problem. Rather just wanted to come out to test my installation, at a cost, although I assured them the installation was 100%. At the end I had to phone Multichoice to resolve my problem. They lost a customer who has been doing business with them for 15 years or more
