What a disgraceful experience. The guy who was working there from midrand had absolutely no empathy. Straight to the forms and business. The grieving husband asked if there was an additional charge for tact, the guy didn't know what that was. What a joke, couldn't even offer condolences until we walked out of the door. Wrong guy for the job!!!

Discusting place, illiterate people. Don't send someone you love there. The should br shut down
