Been using this vet for years now and have never had a bad experience. The team is so friendly and the vets keep the furparents involved and updated on the furkids. In a great location and operating times are very flexible. They genuinely care for the animals!!
They are the best in town. The doctors ate all caring and loving towards our animals and we support them for many years even though their fees might be bit higher than others they do cate about you and your pet.
Would not recommend this Vet to anyone, my cat who had to be recently put down was at this hospital for 8 days. Which costed me well over R7500. Communication was lacking on my cats condition. They had kept her on a drip for 8 Days, had also kept her in a small cage in a very humid room, with poor ventilation and had failed to communicate to me that her kidneys were busy deforming. After her release they had given me the wrong cage that she had come in, and had given me her medication but without an indication of what exactly the medication was for. Or to take note of any side affects. Or not to even given the medication to her if she wasn't eating. After a weeks stay at home I took her to Eastleigh Vet they immediately identified what was wrong with my cat and was then noted that she was suffering and that there was nothing more we could do for her. Eastleigh did an Xray on her kidneys the day she had come in and had costed me a fraction of what Terrace Road had costed me. A stern warning to those using Terrace Road, they may try to milk you for funds when your pet actually has no means of recovery.
My cat went in for a tail injury and in the end became quite a serious ordeal. Thank you to the vets who have helped my girl for the past month and a half. 2 visits a week and some tears later, she is on the mend and the most adorable bobcat ever. The ladies in the front are always polite and very helpful too! Great veterinary hospital with an amazing team!
Lovely practice. The staff and doctors are very friendly. However the practice doesn't seem well organized/managed as you can not distinguish the difference from the front desk staff and clients if the receptionist are not behind the desk due to the lack of uniform
Even though my dog had to be put down, they were very sympathetic and patient with my dog as well as my husband and myself while we were grieving.
This was the best treatment our Fifi got rabbit Dr Vic was the best and the receptionist was remorseful to him . I give them 10/10 .From jhb south to Edenvale .
Excellent. Brilliant service kind and caring. Reasonable pricing. Very happy.
Service in hospital was very commendable.Staff were friendly,and the Vet was proficient. However,I was disappointed with after care,as there was no follow up call to find out how the Dog and puppies were.I struggled excessively as the Dog was in pain and rejected the Puppies for 2 days.All thanks to a Member of My community who gave Me 2 tubs of formula.It was my first experience and very frightening to handle 10 puppies all alone.
Such friendly and accommodating hosts. Comfortable beds, which was my most important requirement
