Really attentive and knowledgeable staff members. You can see that they are passionate about every animal they sell. Popped in just to look around and was very impressed. Will be heading back here for any reptile purchases in the future

service isn't good if you new to the shop,staff only focused on customer that they know , witch leaves it difficult for a new customers. otherwise shop is nice just needs attention to details when customer are there.

This is quite a small and semi specialized shop. But it's not often that I walk in and they can't show me something I'm looking for. We got a pup a little too early for my liking from a friend as they were trying to get them out of the house. Pup wasn't too keen on solids yet so we had to make a plan with milk. We did not see it at first but the staff member helped us and answered all the questions we had. We have since gotten puppy food on special order from them as well.

This pet store is superbly stocked and the people who work here are knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful. I travel past other pet stored to visit their one when I need anything pet related.

Good crickets but lamps etc abit pricey

They had everything I wanted. Clean shop and the lady who served me was very pleasant. Being elderly she carried my stuff to the car. Thank you for good service. The prices were not over the top either.
