From the time I met Colleen, I was at ease and comfortable with her. She was sympathetic and went over and above to help with my late fathers arrangements which had some hick-ups, always a call away to update me on progress made I would have had to do a lot of what she did I could just take that time for grief.

What a terrible experience we had as a family, the lady is very unprofessional and really don't know what she is doing at all. Please if you can, do not use them. Unless you want more stress and confusion after your loved one passed. Tried to speak to the owner, she just came up for this person. No apology no nothing. No thank you.

The manner in which your receptionist lady deals with the public is a disgrace and a very bad image for your home. Will definitely not recommend your home to anyone
