Has a lot of rooms to choose from, service is exceptional and the location is situated in the beautiful mountains of Tzaneen. There are enough swimming pools. Cellphone reception is bad but the place offers free wifi connection.Rooms: 5/5

Nice place to stay, best for all kinds of events clear City view. It is a nice getaway for family, friends and even spiritual people. The crew is welcoming and very attentive to all ones needs. Its a place to be visited timeously.

The place looks beautiful...but it is not clean..the pools are dirty they have mold and algae ...definitely not worth paying R150 to swim in a dirty pool...on top of that ‍‍ the was no chef , so we had to order food all the way from town and that took a while.....and there is no signal and their Wi-Fi was not working.......the rooms are amazing but they are too expensive

Mashutti was a place of fun and enjoyment back in 2019 and 2020 but as for today 25th there was noone there I think the place is slowly falling apart not even forgetting the fact that they raised the prices just had to chill but not swim cause there was Noone to enjoy the pools with

Tranquil, idyllic, extremely beautiful place. Rooms are fully furnished and functional as is internet. The view is amazing, wonderful as dominates from Agatha to Sekororo valley to Tzaneen and Maegobaskloof. The flowers and trees and the surrounding green are a wonder. The restaurant is on remake so cannot comment on that. The staff is super, friendly, collaborative, careful and prompt.

Excellent service. Gloria the receptionist was of great help. The chefs are really good at what they do. Loved the room service . Just clean the pool next time in summer and have heated pools

Hope management will find a better way to improve the image of the place. It's falling apart. You can turn things around guys.

Beautiful space Wedding venue with beautiful scenery overlooking Tzaneen. There is so much space. Variety of chapel space. Lushly green through out the year. Friendly staff and service

I did not appreciate washing with cold water. When you report to the staff they argue with you instead of listening and trying to resolve the issue. I think the staff is quite rude and do not value their guest.

Very bad service from the host bad attitude towards clients. I was very disappointed that such a nice place failed to deliver on simple agreements. She wouldn't be bothered and couldn't wait for us to leave. Not even once did she take responsibility.
