Good, honest and friendly service

The service is always great. Friendly people and good advice together with good quality products. I generally don't enjoy going into the store because my budget flies out the window, but I keep going back

It's always great to be at this store. One thing I can change but maybe it's not in the control of the ladies working there, it's not having enough stock on the shelves. You will see a colour on site but they don't have it in the shelves. Then again after the Black Friday sale it's very frustrating to go there and find nothing on the shop because it's the busiest month for us nail technician. I Love Maskscara Gqeberha

Staff are always friendly and helpful.

I received very poor service when I visited Maskscara. The girls who work there seem to think very highly of themselves and treat customers with little respect and kindness. I asked for information on a product I bought and they gave me the absolute wrong information. Not only do they have attitudes, they seem to know very little of the work they supposedly do. No 'thank you, have a nice day.' after purchase either. They could definitely sharpen up on their manners and customer service. You won't see me going back there.
