The worst people to deal with when u do call for a person that person is always busy for maybe 6months of phoning you knw what this guys are not serious about they job . Their a guy by the name of Cleve his playing hid n seek with me maybe 6 months + every time calling his busy guess this guy is more busy than the boss. The worst company by far . Workers need to be put straight other wish it's bad for business
Worst company to deal with, they send technicians over to check the problem and then wait weeks for parts and then when installing the parts, it doesn't work as the another technician finds another fault. He says he can't answer for the first technician. Staff at the office is useless and don't reply to emails or calls. Such a joke with this company.
Had occasion to take my JBL speaker to Master Audio Visual for repairs. Not only did they deal profesionally with the hand-over process my receipt contained all necessary information including company policy as regards items handed in, that same afternoon I had a call to tell me what their preliminary diagnosis was, and that they would confirm this within a few days. Sure enough, the follow-up call came at the end of the same week advising me that the speaker was in fact irrepairable and why. The point isn't that the speaker couldn't be repaired, but that Master Audio Visual had handled my issue very professionally and timeously. For that I give them full marks. Gustav Preller, Ballito
One star is more than they deserve. Firstly they took a month to respond to my service call which was logged by the supplier. Then when they finally came to pick it up they also disconnected my washing machine disposal pipe which caused huge flooding. I was then told they will replace the door of my dishwasher just to notice when they returned it that they didn’t. Then they promised me a 2 day turnaround time just for it to last 2 weeks. Lastly, when they returned my dishwasher, without giving me a specific time, the delivery guy was unwilling to wait 15min for the washing machine to finish because they are connected to the same drainage and then being very rude to me on the phone when I asked if he would come back, which after receiving such poor service and absolutely no communication was a valid question. He then rudely replied he would be back and would test the machine before leaving. Guess what, he bent the inlet pipe so much that no water could flow through it and therefore the machine couldn’t work. He clearly did not test and just left. The lady, Faith, who answered the phone also told me multiple times she would get t back to me every time I followed up with them during the two weeks but not once called me. Never gave me feedback or updates on why a 2 day job, replacing the door, became a 2 week job. Stay away from this business!
I do not recommend this company to anyone. They are pathetic and overcharge customers. I had a problem with my washing machine. The pipe was not letting water in the machine. My machine is still under warranty and Makro contacted Master Audio Visual to come fix my problem. Noel, the technician, replaced the pipe with a weak and flimsy one and then I recieved an invoice with the bill of R1500. I queried this as Noel told me the pipe was worth R45 at hardware stores. The invoice stated that he replaced 3 parts in my machine. Which was incorrect. Noel returned to my home to change the pipe to a more durable one and proceeded to open up and disassemble my machine in order to, I presume, justify what was said in the invoice. In the process he broke the door of my front loader washing machine. He told me it will take 1 to 2 days to fix. I have been waiting 2 weeks and as I write this my washing machine has no door. I have been corresponding with Nemmy the manager from the company who has been no help. He has lied and made countless empty promises. He promised me a loan machine and I am still waiting for it.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!. Took my sound bar in for repair. Called 7 times to follow up on status of repair as nobody bothered to call or email me. Drove there 4 times! Just to follow up. They said they were working on it. This was a 7 day repair at the most and took nearly 1 full month of calling and going to them to find out what the hell was going!!! DISGUSTING SERVICE!!! Eventually I just had to take it away. The bluetooth no longer worked and now the power doesn't even come on and they did not give me my power cable back. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!
These guys are experts and very friendly. Happy to have entered this store and will be sure to visit again.
Poor service...they do not call to inform you that they cannot repair the TV even after 7 days of them taking the TV. I had to call Hisense directly to get information on the TV. Very pathetic and low class service. Won't recommend.
Number of job orders are piling up. No parts for my ice maker. Five months later I needed to collect it and repair it by our local Chinese repairman. Cost was minimal. Don't get high hopes from Master guys. You could do it DIY with a help of YouTube course. Haha
