Durban TV Video and Computer Repair Centre

Located at 795 Umgeni Rd. A small shop with off road parking. Extremely busy. Choose quieter times. The person is Vilo. He phoned & let me know where he was located. He phoned again by afternoon to inform me of progress. The next day I collected my TV. It worked! Now,I have to enjoy & hope it continues working! I was happy with "no nonsense" communication. Also happy to have working tv again so quickly.

Craziest place to do business with. Bought a JVC 54 smart TV from house and home. Had it for not even 1year and we experienced problems. House and Home recommendation was to use them. Then we arranged the TV to be collected and it worked for 3 months. Then it got collected but you get no honest feedback from the staff or management. Then after we made a lot of noise we collected collected it and they said it was fixed. We collected it and switched it on and still experienced the same problem. Got collected and it's now a month no feedback from managers or shop. You have to always follow up. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and no feedback. Now I'm still waiting as they now going to replace the PC board and that was ordered and will only arrive in the coming week. Not a pleasant experience

Absolutely worst service ever! Don’t ever give them your appliances. My fridge was in a working condition not had ice build up when I gave it to them. I kept calling and they kept making excuses as to why they need to do another test run. I got it back 3 weeks later in such a pathetic state. They lcd was damaged and full of water. The drawer roller was damaged and the fridge was so filthy and the white parts had turned yellow. I cleaned it up and it worked for 2 days and went dead. Now it’s been another 2 weeks and no word from them. When I call they keep making excuses and the guy said I’ll get to it when I have time and dropped the call. SUCH PATHETIC SERVICE! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

My TV blew up and they had to assess my TV for the insurance. Called me back the same day. Highly recommend them for your TV qualifications

Worst service. I have been lied to for two weeks. If my tv!s are not retured tomorrow I am opening a case of theft and fraud against them.

Excellent guys keep up the good work. From what I read here is all business have good and bad reviews and look at Jse listed companies they all have good and bad and we still bank with them. So carry on doing your best to provide the good service in the effort to satisfy all. Godspeed

this company took my microwave in for a quote in 2021 June and to this day 4 April 2022 has not got back to me and they not answering their calls, I have a receipt that they have taken in my microwave, Im about to take legal action against them.

I had an insurance claim and they sent out the guys from here, i am very pleased with their response and service that they have shown. my items were replaced by this company and repairs were done within a week. Good service and highly recommended

Been waiting 2 months for our repairs. They don’t even keep us informed of anything. When i call to see what’s happening, it’s the same story, “oh it will be ready next when “ that was over 2 months ago. Sooo disappointed.

I waited for over a month and they kept saying they’d give me a quote. I eventually went to fetch my electronics but I was given problems and I had to come back with police. My tv screen came back smashed because of how they kept it at the shop. I only realised this when I got home switching the tv on. The Xbox adapter was missing. At first they denied taking in my 2 computer screens even though it was recorded on the slip they handed to me when I brought the things in. I had to make noise and threaten to open a case of theft. The next day they called and told me they found the screens. DO NOT TAKE YOUR THINGS TO THIS SHOP. It looks nothing like what you see in the pics.
