I hate going to this place, the staff is very rude, they act like you are there to ask for their personal money, it has been 3 months since I submitted a claim and they say maybe it will be paid out next month or August because they are only paying March claims now, imagine. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Bad service. We are waiting now for 1 month and 2 weeks to claim back the Gaurdian Funds the money to be paid out. They are not answering the phones and when you email them they do not respons. This is bad really bad.
I don't think they are actually making payments yet for the guardian's fund. Has anyone from April applications received payment?
The worst place, been told by them that they will pay the guardian's fund money after 2 months. I went there on January 2023 now it's may they haven't paid
They are Incompetent and unprofessional . I am starting to think they ate our money . Its been months of following up with them and still no payout .They do not answer calls nor respond to emails , they really do not care about service delivery ,the rot starts from the Master at the Pretoria office who only cares about her staff taking leave .I am rating them less than 1 star .
The service here is horrible Johanna Masango working at counter 36 was very rude telling me that she won't assist me even if I report her.
I have had the had the opportunity to go to the Master High Court and I'm sorry to say that this place is horrible, the security have no manners and will give you an attitude over any thing that gives them a reason to do so. The overall look and respect that the people give you there is terrible, they do not help you in any way, yet you need them to do important work to complete something. In short, this place can truly just decide to go out of business and give people a new place to go and get help, because this place wasted my time so badly, and they can't even help you in the end. 3+ hours of queueing and still, no result, thanks so much!
No need to be rude to people early in the morning. Change the website information because for guidelines they do not work. Poor service I want to give them zero
It’s been years trying to claim my guardian fund I bring the right papers they tell me there is another another document I need to have have. Their service is so poor
Nobody at the Master's Office answers their phone, after numerous attempts within a period of 2 days, especially at the Guardian Fund's Department. When you eventually do get an answer, the people are very unhelpful and then also puts the phone down in my ear whilst I'm still speaking or asking a question. For an Office or people that have a very importante job to do with numerous people and cases, they are quite unprofessional in incompetent and am I extremely disappointed with their service and manner of communication. I am actually quite disgusted with the way they treat people who need their service.
