Matatiele Private Hospital

I would not recommend this hospital. Terrible food, no care for simple things such as provision of walking assistance whilst in hospital. I am not sure if they are understaffed, but they will have you assisted by paramedics in-hospital, after admission. A few of the nurse staff were delightful I must say but one can tell that they are working under minimal resources. If you are used to Private hospitals, this one rates/oparates as a public entity with ridiculous rates. I had a lovely nurse take care of me on the night of admission, thereafter, it all tumbled down to a terrible experiance.

An INCREDIBLE hospital!!!!! The nurses and doctors and cleaning staff deserve all praise for the beautiful, outstanding job they are doing. What an impeccable and impressive practise!!! THANK YOU ALL so much from the bottom of my heart and soul for all your care when I gave birth there. Dr SIFO YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! there is just no comparison when it comes to your knowledge and skills of delivering babies!!! THANK YOU for all you did, and for making my birthing experience an easier one I'll never forget it. To nurse Gloria, thank you for being you, for all you did for our little Anthony and for teaching us a special trick for his hiccups. May God continue to work through you and guide you.
