Was there today for additional memory on my brothers laptop & the service I received was out of this world, since I didn't know which memory it took, time was taken to explain to me that the machine will be opened first to determine the exact memory module needed. Keep it up & see you soon for the 3D printing :-

The most rudest staff members iv ever met ,no manners what so ever the worst experiance of my life ,if your not buying anything and just browsing what you need to save for then the rudeness doesnt stop .even if you ask how does this work or whats best for pc or gaming good they act like you stupid an give off a very negative vibe i will never go there again

Always happy with their service. Went there yesterday very worried about a laptop problem and walked out of there only R50 later with the problem fixed! Made use of this shop in the past also and will continue to do so.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT MATRIX BRAKENHURST!!! I had the worst experience at Matrix Warehouse Brakenhurst ,I visited the store today to lodge a complaint regarding a Universal charger I had bought less than 3 months ago for R599 the adapter had started to tear. I was told that this was physical damage by a condensing rude manager,who aggressively and repeatedly rigorously bend the already compromised cord numerous times, even after I had asked him to stop doing that as he was causing further damage to the charger, the manager or rather the OWNER! as he would later assert, went on to accuse me of intentionally excreting physical force to deliberately break the charger, which does not make any logical sense as to why I would spend R599 only to deliberately break the charger, which is obviously of very poor quality. The manager continued to shout and make condescending remarks about how I know nothing and need to shut up! Absolutely horrible service and poor overpriced quality products which have absolutely no durability. If you are looking to waste your money and receive the worst possible service pass by!
Bad advice on headphone which ended up having the wrong connectors. I don't go to the area often, and when my son called to ask if they would exchange the item they said that the 7 day window was past. I look forward to the in-store engagement when I am back in town. Grrrrrrr
Brilliant service and advice. Will always go that extra mile and nothing is too much trouble. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I've used them a few times for upgrades and repairs.
