Yesterday we were at the shop to buy a laptop and wifi extender and memory sticks....nothing was in stock.....we ordered from a lady called Bianca who promised the goods will be there before 9 the following day but she will phone to confirm that it is there...so at 945 this morning we phoned to get told that she is "off sick" ... by another guy....he said he will check and phone back....he then phoned and said everything is there and can be collected. So off my husband goes to collect...5min from the shop he gets a phone call from another lady ...INFORMING HIM THAT THE ONLY THING THERE IS THE 2 MEMORY STICKS.....NO LAPTOP AND NO EXTENDER....WHAT THE HELL.....WORST SERVICE EVER....WE HAD THE SAME ISSUE ABOUT 2 YEARS AGO WITH STUPID SHOP IN EAST RAND MALL....WAS ALSO PROMISED TO GET A CALL WHEN A PRODUCT WAS IN THAT WE ORDERED....WE R STILL WAITING FOR THAT CALL..... THE MATRIX SHOP THAT USE TO BE AT LAKEFIELD PNP CENTRE WAS SO CLUELESS BEFORE THEY CLOSED DOWN....THE GUY BEHIND THE COUNTER DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHAT AN EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE WAS......SERIOUSLY....WORST SHOPS EVER.....
