No comment.... Actually, let me comment. The attendee did not even know his own products. I could not get any viable or credible information out of him. The more I asked, the more irritated he became. Secondly, the shelves are empty. I will kot be going back there again unless I am desperate.

Requested a quote for 11 switches, recieved a quote for 11 switches, when I went in store to purchase, they don't have stock. Don't quote for an order you can't fulfill. Spoke to Samantha the store manager, reviewed my order and requested a quote... Still waiting for the quote, Its been about 2 months now.

Very disappointing holding stock for a company that considers itself a warehouse. Also extremely distasteful conversations between staff members. This place does not take itself serious enough.

Quinton assisted me with an urgent issue I was having yesterday. He answered all my questions in a way that I could understand and gave me some great advice. What phenomenal service. Highly recommend working with this gent for anyone who needs tech advice and services.

Owing to the utterly rude and unhelpful shop assistant at the Springfield Shop, I gave takealot a try, R300 instead of R1000! Matrix is no longer my go-to store. Infact, it isnow blacklisted. Staff need some serious improvement in how to be friendly and respectful.

There's a few places left in SA where the people behind the counter seem to care about their job and offer in depth advice no matter how small the issue. This is one of those places. Keep it up managers and staff

A computer and component store which stocks most of the items that a PC builder would need. Good pricing, and good service. They are situated on the upper floor so one might miss it. Parking downstairs outside.

I am from Fourways in JHB and I am busy training Mr Price on Oracle. My charger stopped working and walked in to be told by the technician that he did not have any equipment to test the charger and he is unable to assist me in any way. What absolutely bad service.
