I did not enjoy my experience at this site. Rather than feeling like a valued customer, I was made to feel like I was just wasting their time by enquiring after a product that they no longer stock. They could not even be bothered to advise me what product they have to offer instead. They were just short of being rude. If you have an option, I recommend bypassing this site and going elsewhere.

What a pathetic excuse for a business especially when I made three phone calls to ascertain availability of a product and no one answered the call's and eventually on the third attempt someone answered and stated that a salesperson would call me back. The receptionist called me and then put the call through and the call went unanswered. I am still waiting for their so called salesperson to call me back...

All equipment for entertainment on TV.,electronics supplies. Friendly staff. Good service, quality products they are great.

What an absolutely disappointing experience. DEEDEE served me at the counter.. Absolutely no interest in being employed there.. In desire to help. Eventually called the JHB office to complain. They took my details and never called me back. I am not surprised that this company is dying... BEE staff may look cool on paper... But people who have a clue MAY just be a better bet for you industry

Excellent service. Komla Reddy was tremendous in helping and providing technical support. Other service providers should take a leaf from the service provided here.

I think it needs a change of staff...they too long in the game and lost their respect.. Had to plead for help to load my bakkie as im an old and sick person...they take too long to assist with our orders...a nightmare for me always when i have to get my stock at ellies in durban

Electronic shop but gears towards the professional. Offers generators, security equipment, extension plugs and electrical hardware. Know what you want before going in there or check their website.

Very poor service. Staff are not knowledgeable about their own products or are just lazy to try to assist. Even worse over the telephone.
