MTN Store - Durban North

I regret taking a contract from this store, since July my sim card is not working due to rica , when i call their number they pick up and they do not talk until they drop the call on my ear,my contract invoice has different amount every month and i don't know why. Very bad customer service i wish you could hire people who know how to deal with customers at that store.

Poor. Went to inquire about the new "MTN BozzaGigs" plan advertised. The staff did not know anything about it, nor did they bother to try and look it up on their system. Wanted to buy a MTN data sim card. They said they did not have any. Very unhelpful staff.

Excellent service, always helpful, safe and convenient. The staff have high technical knowledge of all devices. I have been dealing with them for all my contracts since this store opened their doors.

A truely utterly useless branch of MTN. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! Inefficient, untrained and totally lacking of any respect for customer service. MTN head office should remove their franchise license, it's burning the brand badly.

So this is a telecommunication company... But no one answers the phone!? Tried 4 times over the last hour...Nothing! not even an answering machine....

The contract number is never answered they have a turn around of 3/5 for an application and they don't adhere to it and the is absolutely no way of contacting them telephonically.

They never helpfully ..I say they don't have experience delealing with customer..always all go in lunch at once..when they can go on different timesthe guy working there kishan is waste ..I asked him for refers number which he still hasn't come back to me ...MTN should close this store down

Don't bother trying to phone this branch because they don't ever answer their phone and this is a cellphone network company!!! Useless service.

Incompetent consultants who gives misleading advice with very poor customer service. Look elsewhere.
