PSS Distributors

I have left my inverter with PSS for testing. Batteries not even a year old and they last for max 30 minutes. Now I am told that the batteries than OSS have been selling is bad quality and may not be covered under warranty. I have been trying to get feedback regarding the tests for over a week now. They simply do not call you back.

I have called them and emailed them about three times and no return calls or emails for an invertor for my business. Been trying for 8 days so maybe they dont need the business. POOR communication from their side. I used another more efficient place called Alpha Power who was quick to respond and quick to carry out the work. i will recommend them instead.

We used to be a reseller of this brand. Extremely poor quality product that has had to many faults within 6 months. Even worst after sales support from the Durban Branch. Our clients have taken their UPS in for repair and have complained to us about the rudeness and hostility they have experienced. From our experience, we would not recommend anyone doing business with this brand.

I went there today, and the guy who was assisting us had incredible customer, he was patient enough to explain how the ups systems work, he really treated us as though we were buying a million rand power system. Their costumer service is a breath of fresh air.

I have personally used PSS inverters and batteries for my Customers , when I did have any concerns or issues my problems where eventually handled and resolved in an amicable manner, but truth be told Tasleem Ahmed the ambassador for PSS goes beyond in assisting and providing all the relevant information required, on the button with follow up, sales and service, Keep up the excellent service Tasleem, much appreciated for top service especially in SA in this day and age ...

Terrible customer service! PSS do not have the customers best interests at heart, would not repair a UPS that is only 2 years old or provide any schematics for the product so I could repair myself. Would only replace all internals at the cost of a new UPS. On top of this I will now have to pay to get my UPS back from them. Not good enough guys its 2018, up your game.

Terrible receptionist, very unhelpful.

Small, good staff and clearly competent with inverters etc. Organised and efficient.
