As I arrive and order since I was in a rush I couldn’t go back and confront them but since there’s nothing I can’t do in person I just wanted to say your Russians are amazing but as for your chips wow. They are so old! It’s like I was eating chips from a week back please don’t do this to other customers I’ll even add pictures to show that y’all guys service regarding the chips is really awful never going back but thanks

Disappointed once again, what i got isn't what i ordered. It was too late to take the order back. It's the second time and my very last time wasting my money there.

Worst service ever Waited for my food for 30min and went to complain and they only started it 30min after ordering Kak place and won't return

I've never had a problem with the chips I think they the best ever. My only problem is getting the wrong order and when you call to this regard the calls are never answered

Chips is prefried and then thrown in hot oil for a few seconds when you order. Whi h makes it dry and tasteless.

They are often out of fish. It is a fish & chip takeaway so I am not sure what is going on. I have stopped buying there after it happened again the last time. Not worth the hassle.
