Absolutely disgusted. I waited literally 30 minutes in a drive through that was not busy and was not safe only to be served a RAW burger and stale chips. When going in to store to show all of this I was told sorry we can microwave the burger for you for 3 minutes. I was so shocked and disgusted. I merely requested a refund which took another 15 minutes of my time. I'm truly disturbed and do not intend on going to that mcdonalds again, I'd rather go into the mall/zone pay for parking and go through extra effort than risk my life again.
Fastest delivery I’ve ever had in my life. But yeah the food was cold so obviously it make sense it was this fast since it was probably all ready for a while. Also it’s crazy how all McDonald around the world don’t have the same sauce haha the bbq sauce for the nuggets is only good in Canada haha so please South Africa you got to change this. But yeah it’s a McDonald, it’s just fast food I ain’t here to make a crazy detailed review like it would be a restaurant where I should expect something special haha. But yeah fast delivery and the food doesn’t arrive all destroyed like other location and also they don’t put any salt on the fries so make sure you have some at home because McDonald fries with no salt… I don’t know also the jalapeño sauce for the nuggets taste more like a garlic sauce
Found dirty unusual brownish particles in my sprite. Im honestly disgusted. Check your drink before you drink it
Service is always shocking, wait time for orders are always almost 15 to 20 mins, to top it off it comes in stages so by the time you get your drinks your food is done, really disappointing, and its not a once off, its everytime, @mcdonalds really needs to step up the service levelsFood: 5/5
I drive out to rosebank because nobody has stock anywhere else in Jhb. I get there long before close; the que doesn’t move. It takes forever, we’ll over 20 minutes: when I get to order, they serve the dude in front of me: then don’t acknowledge me at the ordering station, nothing. Nobody comes out , there’s a king line behind me and they just ignore us all. Turns out they closed and didn’t bother letting me know. So I keep waiting , 10–15 minutes and drive up to where they served the guy in front of me. They ignore me where you pay and then the people serving refuse to speak to me too. Manager comes out with a smirk on her face lying and claiming that there was no que and the person before me had nobody behind them. Seriously, wtaf
I understand that corner is mostly busy and the place itself it doesn't cater for everyone - great food , great pricing but service needs attention. I believe if you enjoy what you do you'll give the outmost service.
Very average overall. Food was slapped together, took 10mins just to get an answer on a family combo meal question-loads of staff wandering around looking busy but not actually doing anything. When it arrived we checked, and there were no sauces for the nuggets-when asked “oh, sorry we are out of saucesall of them? and the lady at the till should have informed you”. So we got opened jalapeño sauce with no lids-probably from a previous customer-how disgusting. Chips were supposed to be no salt, yet it was covered. Really go to another store if you can.

Pleasant and respectful workers Without fail when I buy I don’t get any tomato sauce for my fries.
What kind of Macdonald that does not have a fold over meal? Business is booming and they don't care any more.
