What an excellent surprise! Haven't been to this outlet in years. The service was extraordinary, the premises all shiny and modern and got to meet an excellent attendant, Siphuxolo Tyesi. She has the most beautiful way of interacting and assisting the public, truly an asset to this outlet. Your donuts and coffee are to die for.
Service is great and the food is excellent as always. I love McDonald’s and I will keep returning as the food is always up to standard. The chilli meals are SPICY so be careful!
I had placed an order on the 25 April @ 18:45 via the UberEats App to Linton Grange McDonalds Port Elizabeth, the order arrived to me @ 20:39 and i live 5 min away from McDonalds, the driver got to the restaurant 5 min after i placed an order and he waited after 40 min of him waiting he had to do another delivery, he came back my order was not ready. i had to call the restaurant and a lady answered the call and she first said they dont see my order and then she was asking around the other workers then apparently she saw my order and then she came back to me on the phone and said they are waiting for a driver and i told her the driver has been there waiting on my order. after the call i waited further more 10min and after seeing that the driver is still there and has not picked my order i phoned them again and this time the lady was rude and she told me i am not the only person who ordered i must just wait then she dropped the call on me. the order arrived After 8pm and by then i had to make quick food for my son because he was hungry and had to sleep. i will never order from McDonalds again i have never experienced such a bad service ever in my life .... the URL to submit a complaint @ McDonalds gives an error after filling the form
I would rather stand in the drive-through queue then go and buy inside‍.. I placed my order at 13:07... At 13:52 the food was ready.. And my 5yr old said to the lady.. "Finally!! Why you taking so long with our food, you must work faster to bring the food"... We had to laugh.. ‍
Service stinks on the drive through side. The owner needs to send his team for customer relations training. PLEASE NOTE WITHOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO KEEP YOUR DOORS OPEN.... if I could leave a half of a start rating I would .terrible unhappy and will never support this branch again. Will rather driver a few kilometers up the road to support KFC
Truly the 2nd best McD's in PE. Cape Road McDonalds is the best for space, kiddies and kiddies parties. The McDonalds have very friendly and efficient staff. Excellent play area. Always clean. Never wait long at all!
Worst experience this morning.I used to love going to Mcdonalds in Linton Grange, but lately I don't see the point and not the first time it has happened. Like this morning for example, I was helped by a cashier whom didn't know how the work the register while using the mcdonald app the I was helped by 3 different staff memebers. I first suggested that I will dine in, but taking too long with the order, I had to change for a take out as I was running late then expected. Then while changing the order to take out the guest manager took her time while speaking to her staff getting my order ready. Later I realized they did not even put sugar in my beverage as did not add any sugar packets either. This used to be the best Mcdonalds to go to, but not anymore
Fresh food and friendly service, but the only difference between their medium and large fries is the price. Is it a general McDonald's thing to add the same amount of fries into med and large boxes? You pay for large, but actually, the content is not more.Food: 4/5
They're service was good,met my expectations as usual,they never dissapoint.Would definitely recommend coming hereFood: 5/5
I didn't know this is the new portion size for a large chips... ordered through Mr.D and this is what i got?? Pathetic
