I ordered on the app expecting to arrive and get my food and leave within minutes. It took me close to 15 minutes to get my food. They took my phone and had to pack up the food from the order screen on my phone. Multiple people can after me and waited in line to order food at the store and left before me. When I got home this is my food. Not happy.
This must be the BEST KFC I have ever been at. I’m from CapeTown Why? - Staff that go out of their way to make you feel welcome, giving personal and friendly service. - Fresh, non-greasy food. - Amazingly clean restaurant I thought it was newly built, bit heard it has been there for years. The two people I connected with was BASANDA FOH and NKOSIE hands-on manager. Keep up the fantastic work and level of quality product and service.
KFC Kabega Park has been a go-to-take out place since I was a child, the food was always good, and the place was friendly. But recently the food and service has gone downhill. I understand loadshedding does cause problems with ordering, waiting, and making the food. However, the food recently has been lacking taste and effort. I am really disappointed with the service I received lately. I am aware of the loadshedding problem, but if I order food and you agree to make it I expect a fairly decent meal.
Always closed before the time that's stated on the door not the first time there was a car that came in at 6:30 and they told them it's closed.. the time I arrived there was 10 other customers wanting food this is not up to standard don't put a time and don't stick it it I means it's not the first timeFood: 1/5

This KFC takes the absolute longest to bring you or give you your food. They cater more to the drive through than they do to the customers inside, food is average for a KFC but the service is amazing. They are very nice and helpful. Just takes long to actually receive the food and it isn’t that great.Recommended dishesNugget Box with Sweet Chilli Dip Buddy, Crunch Burger
This has happened too often you order they accept payment and then tell you after that you need to wait for the food now explain to me what a drive through is actually meant to be sad service
Hi I purchased dunked wings and some other stuff on the uber app yesterday I received the meal on time however the wings had feathers on them. I did leave a review on uber eats n have not been contacted I did try calling the store the line just drops. The rest of the meal was satisfactory. I did not enjoy it as well as the first few times I have purchased from here. I do have the photos not sure how to upload them here.
I bought an All in one feast, the chicken & coleslaw was fine, but the chips were soggy & undercooked & the mash & gravy was as runny as a cooldrink, you would have to eat it like soup & the container it came in was filled a third, not even half way. Last week I went there to buy a takeaway & I paid extra for a bottle cooldrink, but when I got home, surprise NO cooldrink in my bag
The food was really tasty and fresh, but as usual, no soft serves or milkshakes are available as their machine is still? broken. Have not been able to get the last 4 times I visited them.
