It was a very very bad place.A big lady was very rude to my friend and I.Her behavior was very atrocious!!I asked her for sauce and she walked away looking at me,then when she came back she said she didnt see me.The food took way too long and they were rude to my 18 month old niece,they gave her a super sized milkshake which wasn't even mixed properly instead of a small orange juice as shown in the picture.I am not pleased at all ! Decided to leave!!! That place needs a big prayer.
Arrived home late from work was not in rhe mood to stand and cook popped in at mac d and although you could see the staff were tired they jumped to help and my food was out in no time. Very friendly food was fresh and my family was happy. And just so u understand my order number was 3133 already for the day.
If I could rate a 0 I would. I completely hate coming to this MacD as there is always something wrong either with your food or the service, it just happens to be the closest. Today was worse, waited in a drive through que that was not moving, reversed out and walked into only to find kiosks advising I go to the counter, the counter the lady didn't seem even pleased to work when she shouted for another lady to come open the kiosks l said can I just order and pay she said we not allowed to take payment here. I am just hoping the sandwich itself will be done well. Either than that I pray to never have to come here! Today was the last stroke. Its been over 15min that I wait here! I should have just went to kauai honestly as she now stalls back in to make coffee's and no word on my order I am defeated honestly!
Each time we came to get breakfast it was never shorter than 15 - 30 mins waiting for 3 simple egg mcmuffins!! If the store knows its breakfast time it will help to have the food in readiness or at least prepped ready!! If there was another 1 closer we definitely would not support this branch!
The servers don't wear hair nets, gloves or any type of covering when dealing with food.They handle food with their hands and I had was able to get a glimpse of how they mix milkshakes and I was horrified , they mix it with a spoon without wearing gloves I saw one of the servers hand go in the milkshake cup and they handed it to me like it was made perfectly. The service is also very poor they work as though they dint want to be there. I would not recommend going there if you value service and hygiene
I'm totally disappointed with the service I received tonight....I ordered a big Mac regular meal and I asked the lady not to put ice which she did however the coke was warm and not sparkling..... it was more like still coke. You would swear it was prepared 4 hours ago. Not happy at all, not sure if I'll come back again.
We changed our mind's midst ordering instead of a coke we wanted a milkshake and you could hear the irritation of the person taking our order over the drive thru speaker. When we got the milkshake it was horrible, my wife and I took one sip of it and got home to discard it.
The service was kind of slow considering it was not full at the time but there was a lady who world there that was super helpful with getting orders out quite efficiently.
Ordered a Spicy McFeast and large Cappuccino... The McFeast wasn't spicy at all, I'm not sure if they were saving their sauce or if it had run out, but ok. The cappuccino was practically 90% milk. As you can see in the picture, it looked like a latte and tasted like boiled milk. Can't even taste the coffee, I had a terrible experience today. Not sure if coming back here is an option.
A good sized store for sit down service and has a fast and efficient drive thru. I like that it has a small cafe section. Has good coffee, just wish they would have a larger Grande coffee, the short and tall are not enough.
