I went to get my second jab on the 30th of November and was told I will receive an SMS with a link to download my certificate. It's now the 11th of December, no SMS whatsoever and I'm not even registered on the government system so the nurse never did her part. I keep following this up and every time I'm told she's going to get back to me but she doesn't! Highly incompetent!!!

We were home with Covid and struggled to get other pharmacies to deliver the medicines we needed. They were willing to assist even though we had never been there previously. We are most grateful! They stepped up when we needed help. Thank you very much!

Looking for new pharmacy to go to!!! Always an issue to get my scripts. When script has ended the pharmacist tells me to phone the doctor to fax or email them a new one. Thus the next day I would do so. Doctor always faxes and emails through the script the same day I have phoned, when I drive past to collect medicine, the script is never there. Long story short script gets sent through, the pharmacist helps me and says that she can only provide one month as I need to go to the doctor to fetch the original one!!!!!!!!!!!! Why on flipin earth did you not tell me in the first place. After so many years not having a problem I seem to have one now every single time??????? Please get your staff organised!!!!

I stopped going to the larger well-known pharmacy group for any scripts a long time ago once I'd had an experience of Boskruin Pharmacy. The staff are helpful and pleasant and the service is in general top drawer. Prices on other standard pharmacy products are higher than at a chain store, but there is no hassle with getting medication and good advice.

The employees prefer to make customers wait as they pack shelves, take personal calls and do filing. Very poor service, so if you in a hurry avoid this place. Olivedale Pharmacy is much more efficient, you know where the line starts and the pharmacist prefers to service his customers.

I have been waiting in the queue for 15 minutes and there are still 2 people ahead of me. Exceptionally slow service.

I went to get my first dose .... Worst experience ever. The lady who was helping us was not polite.
