The store is always well stocked and clean. You are sure to find what you're looking for. The ladies at the perfume counter are always friendly and helpful. There can be a bit of a queue when paying, but this is because the store is so popular. The only thing that needs to be looked at is the lighting in the shop. It's a bit dark, especially at the entrance.
The receptionist at the clinic, so unprofessional she has an attitude and will chew her chapies while having a conversation with you, which is very rude and I don’t understand why must we be turned back because we did not make an appointment it makes no sense how do I know I’ll be sick tomorrow.
This Dischem branch doesn't deserve a star at all. Experience was very disappointing The learner at dispensary was so rude, didn't have the decency to greet, much less smile. I considered discussing the shameful level of customer service with the Manager who happened to appear at the till when I was paying but didn't bother because he was just as rude. Spoke over the cashier while she was talking to me and completely disregarded the fact that she was assisting a paying customer. I will not be back.
Dispensary does not answer phone. Press 2 you wait hear music. It rings and get someone then engaged tone and dropped Same as Cradlestone!?
Horrible service at self-medication counter, 07 May 22. Waited in queue and was asked to fetch meds myself from the shelf and come back to teller 7. Got back after fetching 1 item which teller 7 sent me to the wrong aisle for and he was already serving someone else. Then another teller from Dispensary called for the next person but refused to serve me, serving the next person at the front of the queue. I then went to Clicks and received much better service as they had a much more professional ticketing system, with helpful staff.
Professional & helpful staff at the dispensary, clean & clear store. The tellers are quite aggressive though AND why are the receipts sooooo long
When you call they don't take too long to answer and they are friendly and very helpful. I got help with what I needed.
This is the most pathetic pharmacy I have ever gone to. They have just told me that they do not have my latest repeat script. They issued the meds when I handed the script in, but now they can't find it. It is not on their system either. That means they have "lost" my script twice now. TWICE. Now I have to get the Dr, at my cost, to give duplicates. Now I am going to another chemist. I am sick and tired of these big companies that do not care!!!!!
I was at Dischem Northgate today and 2 staff members were very rude to me! I was looking at products on a shelf and a packer just came and stood in front of me so i said excuse me i am looking at the products he said he is packing the shelf! I said i am the custermer and you should stand aside he looked at me as if i was mad! The other one was one of the cashiers that was just rude!
Got home with my packed meds to find again there is one of them missing. Rather wait on the queue each month and make sure I get all my meds!
