Terrrible service, the service is super super slow , the queue is pulling outside the main entrance. Tills are left with no one , they laughing at the back with no form of explanation as to why we’ve been standing here for over 30min. Do not go there if you have an alternative pharmacy.
They said they would deliver my medicine on Wednesday, I had to go back on the Friday to fetch it myself...very bad service.
Terrible service from Pharmacist. Even after receiving a certified e-mailed script from a medical practitioner she wasn't willing to assist as it wasn't a printed copy.
Painful experience, time and time again. Had an emergency situation today, had no choice to use but to use them. Very rude, non caring staff. I understand that its long hours and they have better places to be, but for goodness sake chose you are in the wrong industry, get a different job, or… be grateful you have one?
Pharmacists try their best but the tongue-clicking 'don't bother me' attitude from the cashier at the front is so off putting we just left what we came for. What an awful, unprofessional environment. Clicks and Netcare should do a serious overhaul of this pharmacy, and go learn from Life Hospital!
Netware has proven to be superior across its broad spectrum of services , Network and solutions. Having spent 2 weeks in hospital they were professional and met my needs beyond my expectations. In short I highly recommended the the group as a whole , including their staff, availability of every sphere of medical needs, meeting my Medical Aid requirements " All costs within Cronic, and Savings untouched. " and most of all unprecedented care.
Very slow service. We went there yesterday evening just before 8pm and finished after 10pm. For a private hospital pharmacy the service is pathetic. There is no sence of urgency to think that you are serving sick people who need to get done and leave.
This is a message of sincere appreciation for the 24h dispensary team that assisted with emergency cortisone/celestone medication. It was effortless and we were given cost friendly prices on otherwise expensive medication. Sincere gratitude for the team's kindness, empathy and professionalism. 24h pharmacy of choice for anyone in a close enough range!!
Best hospital in the area. My daughter was born here is 2003 prior to us moving to Cape Town. The service was great, the medical staff was friendly and helpful and took great care of us. Family was recently admitted here for tests and they still say that it is a top clas establishment. I can recommend this to anybody in need of medical care. They have their own pharmacy and specialist consulting rooms on site as well as a baby clinic and they offer anti-natal classes.
Useless and unhelpful. Dont bother going here for 24 hour service because you won't get any service.
