Medicross Bloem

Do NOT use. It has been MONTHS since I have been to DR kotze, went through all the trouble, spending time and money for an assessment to get braces. No feedback, no reports as promised on whether this procedure can be done. After numerous calls to his assistant, and promises that they will get back to me, nothing happened. Cherry on the cake was that they expect me to pay for for the consultation and x-rays, but NO work, nor feedback, nor reports has been provided after months. Oh, did I mention I had to see another dentist to fix a tooth dr kotze has not fixed properly?

Excellent Service, Dr are friendly and always on there game. Being with them for 20years, and always the best medical care and professionalism. They have everything in one building which makes it easier for working people who only have lunch and limited time to see a Dr or dentist or physio etc.

First time and last time .. from day 1 the reception was agitated and rude , I have been trying to call and email for the last 2 weeks as I have not received any feed back on my results . As a person who also works with patients everyday its not my job to phone after them to get information they were supposed to send 2 weeks ago and I was there Almost 4 weeks ago. ..I will never recommend any of my friends and family to go there. Highly Disappointed.

I was made to feel like I am making up feeling ill. I will rather take my money to a practice that appreciate me and don't make me feel less than human.

I went there with a small problem and now he made it much worse. I don't recommend anyone to go there.

I visited this site for a while and was surprised with all the documents that is in place due to the virus currently in Bloemfontein. I feel safe to visit them.

Unhelpful reception. Unorganised and looks unprofessional as well. Won’t recommend this place
