Dr Suliman takes additional dental scans that are not covered by medical aid on your way out after your consult and doesn't bother to discuss the results with you. She just wants to make money. I followed up multiple times and the Dr. never bothered to call back.

I have been calling everyday since the 11 April and leaving messages with the very rude and arrogant reception for the doctor to contact me to give me the results of my sons ultrasound and blood tests he was sent for on the 5 April. Today is the 18 April and I still have not had any of my messages returned. I have asked if I should make an appointment to come and get the results but the reception says no they will leave a message for the doctor. The reception attitude and tone is most atrocious. I do not even know if my messages are getting to the doctor. This is unacceptable treatment. Results of tests are critical to be reported on but clearly this medicross thinks its a joke.

Best avoided. Had an appointment and arrived on time. Waited 40 mins and upon asking receptionist how long the delay would last, I was just told to "sit and wait some more". No apology and no communication that doctor was running late when I arrived. Clearly no respect for anyone's time. Eventually left without seeing the doctor and went somewhere else.

Dr Arjen Joubert was really the best dentist I've been to! He is so kind and really puts you at ease. He also took a great deal of care in finding the best solution to fix my teeth which really put me at ease. Highly recommended!

Pathetic service. It doesn't help having a booking because you end up waiting 1-2 hours to see the doctor. I don't even know why I keep going back - perhaps for convenience, but today was the last. I told the reception to cancel my booking as I had been waiting for 1.5 hours to see the doctor. She didn't even bat an eye. From reading the reviews I now know why; it probably happens everyday.

Avoid this place. They'll RIP you off for every cent. Dr Suliman adds extra charges she knows medical aid wont cover so that she can get more of your money. Disgraceful

I went to Medicross Randburg as I have sinusitus. I explicitly told the Doctor that I am allergic to paracetamol. Yet he gave me a prescription for Sinucon that contains 200mg of paracetamol. Had I not checked the box I would have swelled up and landed in the emergency rooms for allergies. I will never go to these doctors again. I will rather wait a day and go to my doctor that I know and trust.

- The nurses cleaning my wound and putting a bandage were EEALLY NICE! - The doctor who saw me was really NICE!! BUT - The receptionist orders one to ‚sign HERE‘ on an automated pad. She wouldn‘t bother to tell one what one is signing for, unless one asks hello big- and small-print?! - She doesn’t bother to tell one which doctor one will see; after all one can find out on one‘s sms that one receives after signing on the automated pad, where one can also read that the practice gets access to all one’s health information. - in the pharmacy one needs to pull a number even when one is the only customer walking in and there is a free counter … so one gets sent back to the number-issuing-machine… - then the person at the counter wants to see one‘s ID before maybe issuing the prescription an antibiotic and a painkiller Mybulen… at that stage I grabbed my script and took my business somewhere else!!

The dental department is the worst, I have been waiting for a quotation for the past 2 months, they keep confirming my number to call me back which never happens. I’m in pain and all I get is I’ll call you back. I requested my file so I can find a competent dental dept, they said no problem not even trying to resolve my issue. Worst of all they didn’t claim from medical aid and said it was rejected which is untrue. ! Never again

Moms appointment no waiting they very punctual and great Dr onsite.
