I have never been humiliated by this The Berg Medicross, just received a call from debt collectors that I am owing them less than R180. 00 that I was not notified about it no calls no statements but my account was handed over and the Mbali still tells me she will send me statement since this morning but nothing came in my inbox. I will never set my foot at The Berg Medicross. I am a client of Medicross Melldine for more than 25years and their services is outstanding.

I have been handed over to a debt collection company without receiving any invoicing from The Berg Medicross. Phone lines is also not being answered to resolve the issue at accounts and you have to select doctors appointments to get an answer. There is also no confirmation or call back on the online booking system

Waited about a week for a prescription. Got to Dischem and was informed that I didn't need a prescription to buy my medication yet Medicross The Berg charged over R100 just for a prescription that I could get over the counter

Dr Maree absolutely brilliant  . Accounts department an absolute mess. Handing over accounts that have been paid  . . I will NEVER go back to them as this is te 2nd time . Dr Maree ,I will follow you when you leave

I have been trying to call medicross this morning. Repeated efforts and no answer. The system keeps looping me back to the beginning. I've given up... I also note the large no of complaints but not a single response. You would think they would be concerned about public relations... clearly not. What a disaster!

I wish I had read the reviews before I made my appointment.. Im still trying to process my experience.  Wasted time, petrol and consultation money. Nothing was done for me I'm still in pain and will have to pay again for a second opinion.  Dr Nahomie Mukendi I'm not happy with how I was treated.. absolutely no compassion or passion as a doctor... hope I never have to deal you or your peers again.

Service is good, from the receptionist to the doctors.

If I could give it a zero, I would. Never been to a more poorly run facility. The reception makes mistakes on your account then get rude when you question them. The payment lady tried to charge me double what was owed then yelled at me that I must go sort it out with accounts when I asked her to explain the charges. The clinic manager and accounts department were very helpful and found the error. No apology, no admitting her mistake. Instead I get pushed to the back of the queue and have to wait for two other patients to be seen. Just garbage. Go to EXP.

Don’t waste your time calling this facility, they will not pick up the phone.

i wouldn't even give one star honestly. I've been with this practice for a few years. i ALWAYS struggle to get to anyone there. either i wait for ages on the line for answer or they pick up and instantly put me on hold until the phone eventually drops!! or i drop and call again. This is very unprofessional. The accounts dep aren't even sure what is going on with their accounts. And its such a struggle to get feedback from themmbali Jali. Its been 2 weeks!!!! they don't read their mail or shall i say don''t even bother to respond when sending mails . I've been waiting  weeks for my script from them. This is insane!!
