Always friendly helpful staff to assist you, no long waits, permitting your appointment bookings ahead of time. Neat & clean. Always show up before appointment time as sometimes quite busy at reception & checking in before seated. Notifying ahead if your information has changed, keep updated, both at Doctors & Dentists, processing quicker.

Dr Philip B De Vos was amazing. The Dr treated my daughter so well and she was very comfortable. Friendly staff. Definitely our preferred medical centre.

From casting to fitting my crowns was a smooth painless process. Giving me a true Hollywood smile. I can most definitely recommend her for the best professional service

Do you have people to answer the phones? I called 4 times to try make an appointment, holding on for 5 min plus wasting my time because nobody answers. Very very poor service. Maybe if receptionists cut their private conversations short with patients they might be able to take 4 more calls from people holding on to make a booking and get some assistance.

I had app with Dr K Muller for the first time.wow a doctor in the true sense..Friendly,made me feel comfortable,very thorough in patient / doctor setup.he escorted me to the Xray department and what I truelly appreciated was when he came to the Xray room.he explained it in detail to me..even though the results of Xray I did not want to hear..I have already recommended to family and friends. Thanks Dr Muller

This is a basic 8-5 practice. All the bells and whistles but after hours is non existent. They used to be open to 7pm sadly no more.

I am most disappointed and livered at the service I received at Medicross Dental surgery .It is the time I was most in need to have my Four year old daughter tooth removed they failed from the get go to do their job properly and now I am in a situation that she can't have it removed and waiting period is till next year .Shame on your heartless service to be turning a four year old girl sway over Xmas time with a unbearable pain because you not willing to accommodate me accordingly. I have never experienced such horrible, heartless Dental service ever. Please to anyone reading my review recommend a dentist with a receptionist that is willing to help my four year old daughter.
