Very rude. Not recommended. Just had a 09:20 appointment. Normally one hoots at the gate before reception opens the sliding gate. He has now installed some sort of camera. After hooting, as per usual, he tells me that I am rude and that he doesn't tolerate rude people. I just left. Why not notify that the gate is now automatic????
It's Wednesday the 9th of November 2022... You are still required to wear a facemask before entering... Arrived late for the appointment due to not finding a mask at the shops... Because very few sell them anymore... Ended up borrowing a used mask from a friend. It all doesn't make any sense, it's been proven facemasks doesnt stop the spreading of the virus.
My daughter has been here a few months. Was told they the best in PE. They have very poor communication skills and have no decent manner spealkng to a person. When asked for an appointment after school they just say sorry no we can't. They no accomadating at all. It's really sad that everything had become just about money but it is what it is. So many complaints i see on the reviews. Can't move now cause we already paid. Not a practice I'll recommend to anyone.
This practice used to be one of the best practices in PE however lately the standard has dropped. The assistants are constantly gossiping and talking negatively about each other in front of the patients. Appointments are constantly rescheduled and the doctor doesn't really work on you anymore it is mostly the assistants that do the work. very disappointing
Shocking service. When you complain and request to speak to orthodontist and leave several messages, none get returned. My emails are also being ignored. We have a legitimate complaint and would like it resolved, definitely not too much to ask.
call in speak to a gentle man ask for reception. Ends the call on me. I phone back get told i dont have to pay for scans as iv already been scanned elsewhere. Get called and told i have to pay the R4000 for scans as my scans wont be valid. No one knows who and what they talking about.
Came to the practice today for an appointment for my daughter made weeks ago only to find they are closed we were not even informed that it will be closed today. Very unprofessional and poor service. Came all the way from Uitenhage for nothing.
I came to do my braces and within 20 minutes of leaving they starts to come loose horrible service and very unprofessional
Best service ever from reception through to Dr. Johannes, very qualified and professional. Definitely recommended.
