Worst private clinic ever!!! Don't bother wasting your time using this facility. You will stand queue until you heal by yourself.. Stood up for 2 hours twice... The first time we stood for 2 hours just to see get to the consulting room. The second time I stood 1 hour to get to the consulting room then when I was in the nurse took notes told me the Dr is coming I waited 1 hour for the Dr to attend me
Bad service, the doctor that assistant me didn't make me feel comfortable at all and thinking that i spent R600 with such attitude. i regret going to Medicure Clinic Ebony park and i will never go back again.i didn't even know that they are going to charge extra,another problem is that i went there with a minor issue but the following day after taking their tablets i felt very tired as if i'm depressed.
Bad service nkare they are doing me a favor. I came in at around 4:45pm till 5:50 when we asked the doctor who was Dr Nkosi what's taking so long just for me to do a sonar she just got into another room without explaining anything to us. I am never going back EVER! SIES A DOCTOR WITH A BAD ATTITUDE
Bad service as if you are not paying, the lady checked my 1 ear as I couldn't hear a thing and said She said she was coming back to check the other ear but never came back and the doctor gave me pills. I don't think you guys deserve that one star sies

Very bad service, worse than public clinics, I took my son for consultation today, dropped him off with my mom and had to work, I call when I reached work to see how they are and mom said they made her pay the consultation fee even when she was having Medical card she says the lady only checked the card and saw that my sons name was not printed and refused to to use it , she didn't even checked on the system or call Momentum to confirm the members on the scheme, the reason why only my name was printed is is that my card was made 1st before my son was captured but when u do check on the system with my member number everyone appears, this clinic is very unprofessional I try calling them an the number on google doesn't go through and their website is offline - THEY ARE ONLY GOOD AT BOOKING PEOPLE OFF FROM WORK, THATS WHY PEOPLE GO THERE TO GET 3, 4 , 5 DAYS OFF WORK AND THEY DON'T QUESTION YOU EVEN WHEN YOU COME MULTIPLE TIMES , AS LONG AS YOU HAVE THE MONEY THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE DAYS YOU WANT
Everyone is helpful and showing interest. The Dr's are always going an extra mile to assist. Great service all round.
It's a waste of time Boards says 24hours but they close This is a serious issue that the government should look into it I only realised when my wife was sick and took her there at 18h30pm and found a security only standing by the door and said we are closed Couldn't believe a notice at the door written closed and couldn't believe the security either The board is misleading the community Please fix this
Bad customers service, the attendants and doctors do not know how to talk to patients , very rude , worse place to be .
